I am an Out of Network provider and an insurance-friendly practice!
I’ve partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their Out-of-Network benefits to save money on therapy. I'll check your Out-of-Network benefits for you during your free intro call.
From there, we’ll get you set up with a profile on Mentaya and they’ll help you get reimbursed for up to 80% of your out-of-pocket session costs.
People who work with me are considered self-pay clients and are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of expected charges under the No Surprises Act. -

I see clients at two levels of frequency.
Option 1: Weekly therapy
We meet on the same day and at same time each week. You can expect me to take at least 6 weeks off each year, so you will have breaks from our sessions when that occurs.
Many clients work with me on a long-term basis ranging from 9 months to multiple years.
Option 2: Brainspotting Intensive
This is a brief form of therapy. We will meet over the course of about a month. This includes one intake session, one three-hour brainspotting intensive, and one follow up appointment.
Some people prefer to do a Brainspotting intensive on a one-time basis, and others like to do them bi-annually or quarterly. -
Here’s what I want you to know:
I have so much respect for people who carefully consider who they allow to witness their inner struggles. I also know that anxiety can sometimes teach you to be skeptical, even when you recognize that you need support.
When you work with me, you get personalized care that truly meets you where you’re at. While you might be ready for help with your anxiety, making certain changes can bring up fear and doubt. I don’t leave you to fend for yourself when that happens. I’m here for all parts of your process, especially the ones that feel turbulent.
When I’m your therapist, I do not see you as just another client. I purposefully keep my caseload small (roughly 8 to 10 clients) so that I can devote my attention to each person’s needs, preferences, and goals for their anxiety.
I take the fact that you’re investing in your health and well-being seriously. Learning to respond to your anxiety in ways that bring you comfort and calm will trickle into other aspects of life: your health, your relationships, your perception of the world, and more. -
I am only able to offer therapy services to clients who are currently located in either Oregon or Colorado at the time of any given session.
If you live outside of Colorado or Oregon, you can sign up for the interest list for my coaching services at Living Your Afterlife.
