  • $225 per 50 minute session.

    I'm an out of network provider with insurance companies. I can give you with a superbill (an itemized receipt) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

    During your intro call, I'll check your Out-of-Network benefits for you to find out if you might be eligible for reimbursement.

  • Anxiety Therapy sessions take place weekly for about 4-12 months.

    For those who prefer an accelerated format, I recommend participating in a Brainspotting Intensive, which can be completed in 3-4 sessions.

  • In addition to yourself and an open mind, some people like to bring the following to session:

    • Water or tea

    • Their pet(s)

    • A cozy blanket or another comfort item

    • Something to fidget with
