I’m Halle, an Anxiety Therapist in Colorado and Oregon.
You’re a fellow millennial who’s watched therapy go from taboo to mainstream.
Now you want in on the healing action.
Your family didn’t dare talk about anxiety, depression, or well, anything related to mental health when you were growing up.
It’s also why your DIY approach to managing your anxiety has only gotten you so far.
Sure, you know that crying isn’t a sign of weakness these days.
You’ll also listen to a self-help podcast every now and then instead of binging another True Crime show.
Sometimes you’ll even admit that regular movement actually does make it easier for you to cope.
But you want more than to cope with life.
You’re a go-getter with professional, social, and romantic goals, but it’s tough trying to keep them in sight when you feel frazzled 24/7.
You’re a millennial who wants to:
Boot anxiety out of the driver’s seat.
Make decisions without second-guessing (or let’s be real, quadruple-guessing) yourself.
Know exactly how to respond to your anxiety so you can shift into self-trust with ease.
That’s where I come in.
I’m Halle, and I provide online anxiety therapy to millennials who are so done with constant anxiety and chronic fear.
I show millennials just like you how to release self-doubt—all while sprinkling in a little morbid humor, puns, and dad jokes.

I Believe in Mental Health Care That is Decolonial and Liberatory
I’m part of the wave of therapists who center spiritual practices, cultural practices, and methods that go beyond traditional talk therapy.
Therapy isn’t meant to be a space to help you adapt to oppression. It is, however, a space where we can co-create practices in your life that reconnect you to who you truly are.
Your body and mind have to be tended to in therapy.
I use approaches that match what communities of color (like the one I grew up in) have known all along: our bodies and spirits must be part of our healing.
In my practice, I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) aka Parts Work (yes, it’s what the movie Inside Out is based on) and Brainspotting. Both methods allow us to work with both your thoughts and your body.
What’s more important than the methods I use is the relationship you have with me.
Research shows how you feel about your therapist is the number one indicator of positive outcomes in therapy.
The fancy term for this is the therapeutic alliance, but I refer to it as vibin’.
Speaking of vibes, here are 5 things I could talk your ear off about at a dinner party:
Which airports have the best bathrooms.
Flours to use to create the perfect vegan, gluten free, and fluffy (!!!) pancake.
How I know that cats 100% see ghosts.
Folk horror films.
Hanya Yanagihara’s A Little Life.
And while I won’t hand over my entire birth chart, I’ll give you a few nuggets to tide you over:
I’m Creole, queer, disabled, and chronically ill.
Okra gumbo is my favorite meal.
Oh and I’m a Gemini Sun and Moon, Sagittarius Rising, in case you were wondering.
