Most clients meet with me weekly for Anxiety Therapy for about 4-12 months. Some people find after 12 months that they enjoy having a dedicated space for support and continue working with me.
If you prefer to work more quickly, I recommend a Brainspotting Intensive. -
$225 per 50 minute session.
Payment is collected at the time of each session.
I'm an out of network provider with insurance companies and can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
I'll check your Out-of-Network benefits for you during your free intro call. -
Since our sessions take place online over video calls, you have a lot of options to make yourself as comfortable as possible.
