Anxiety Therapy in Boulder, CO & Portland, OR
Calling All Overthinkers & High Achievers

I know you didn’t sign up for a mind that’s always thinking about the worst-case-scenario.

Your brain is wired to keep you safe, but sometimes, it goes into overdrive. That’s why you overthink, always feel on edge, and feel emotionally drained.

Anxiety therapy helps rewire these patterns so you can feel more peace every day!

You're not broken—your brain has just been in overdrive.

And you’ve been taught to be so hard on yourself because some well-meaning person in your life thought it’s what would prepare you for the “real world.”

Now not only are you your loudest critic, but you wake up every morning feeling totally overwhelmed before you’ve even wiggled your pinky toe out from under the covers.

Weekly therapy sessions are where you’ll learn how to:

  • Start saying “yes!” to that last-minute invite to happy hour with your co-workers (without needing to look up the menu beforehand so you can practice saying your order)

  • Practice naming your needs without apologizing for them

  • Stop questioning if you’re doing everything wrong, like how you grieve or how you prefer to spend your downtime

I’m Halle! Your anxiety therapist.

If you were labeled as a gifted kid and are now wondering why your only gift as an adult is imagining the worst of worst-case-scenarios, I see you! I work with high-achievers who are up to their eyebrows in anxiety and overwhelm.

Together we’ll figure out exactly what you need so your mind stops trying to create the next iteration of Final Destination over a simple trip to happy hour with your friends or partner.

I’m based in Colorado, but provide all therapy services online throughout the states of Colorado and Oregon.

I took my therapy practice online in 2020 and never looked back. Online therapy is just as effective as attending in-person services, but it’s a touch more convenient since there’s no commuting involved.

Here’s the vibe of our sessions

I’ll join our video session with a minimum of 2 drinks in hand (one Stanley full of ice water and a mug of whatever herbal tea I’m currently obsessed with).

My service dog (Odin) will likely make a cameo during our session too (and if you hear him snoring…sorry in advance).

Instead of leaving you wondering what we’re going to talk about, if you’ll have enough to talk about, and if you can *really* share that thing on your mind, we’ll start every session with a recap of our last session and set an agenda for what we’ll be revisiting or what we’ll be getting into next.

Okay, but what will *I* have to do?

Your tasks are straightforward:

  • Show up to our sessions every week

  • Tell me about how anxiety is impacting you (and if you don’t know how to put words to it, I’ll help you with that too!)

  • Implement the strategies we talk about

  • Know that it’s okay for you to practice expressing your emotions instead of shoving them aside

The Cost of Anxiety Therapy

Each 50 minute session is $250. Payment is collected at the time of each session. I’m able to accept debit, credit, and HSA/FSA cards.

I require a weekly commitment for anxiety therapy. It’s important to me that you get support and relief ASAP—meeting every week helps us maintain momentum and keep tabs on what’s working, what’s not, and where we need to pivot.

You also need to know I’m an Out-of-Network provider, but I can help you get reimbursed for therapy. When we meet for our free consultation call, I’ll check your Out-of-Network benefits for you so you have an idea of what your insurance provider will reimburse you for.
